These terms and conditions apply to all orders and agreements made through the Focall webshop.

2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by Focall and to every agreement concluded between Focall and the consumer.

3. Products & customization

All products are produced on demand. This means that each product is manufactured especially for you after you place your order.

As a result, our products are legally considered custom-made products.

4. Conclusion of agreement

An agreement is concluded as soon as the payment has been successfully completed and you have received an order confirmation by email.

5. Prices & payment

All prices are listed in euros and include VAT.

Payment methods include:

Focall reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

6. Delivery

Indicative total delivery time: 4–14 business days.

7. Right of withdrawal & returns

Because all products are custom-made, the right of withdrawal does not apply in accordance with:

Article 6:230p sub f of the Dutch Civil Code.

Returns due to cooling-off period are excluded.
