🔄 Return Policy – Focall
Because Focall works with print-on-demand production, all products are made especially for you. As a result, different return conditions apply.
❌ No right of withdrawal for custom-made products
According to Article 6:230p sub f of the Dutch Civil Code (Dutch consumer law), the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Products that are specially manufactured according to consumer specifications.
All our clothing and accessories are printed to order and are therefore considered custom-made products.
➡ Returns due to a change of mind are therefore not possible.
✅ When are returns possible?
Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
- Damaged products
- Incorrectly delivered product
- Manufacturing defects (printing errors, tears, incorrect size delivered)
Notifications must be made within 7 days of receipt via:

Always include:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the problem
After approval, you will receive a replacement product or refund free of charge.
❌ No returns possible for:
- Wrong size ordered
- Color deviation due to screen settings
- Buyer's remorse
- Wear and tear due to use
📐 Sizes & Fit
Because our products are made to measure, we recommend that you carefully consult the size chart in advance.
Are you unsure between two sizes?
👉 It is best to order the larger size.
💳 Refunds
If your return is approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
